When you place an order at The Masie, the delivery costs are included in the final price of your order, as the system calculates the delivery costs depending on the delivery address and modifies them automatically when adding products or varying quantities.
All products indicated on the website as "In stock" are shipped within 7/10 days, once the order leaves our facilities, except those products that have a high volume, which are shipped on a palletised load and delivery takes 15/20 working days.

Why does the shipping cost change depending on the delivery address?
The shipping costs vary depending on the delivery address, weight and total volume of the products ordered once you have confirmed the delivery address of the order you are placing. If you change the delivery address after the order has been placed, the shipping costs may change.
Delivery methods and delivery times
Orders will be delivered to the person and address indicated in the order.
Orders will be delivered to the customer by DPD and/or DACHSER courier companies. The order will be considered delivered when the carrier has delivered the package to the customer and the customer signs the delivery receipt document. The customer must check the condition of the goods on receipt and indicate any anomalies on the delivery receipt form.
The maximum delivery time is 7/10 working days (as long as all the products in the order are in stock and they are not under quality control). Palletised orders (bulky orders) are delivered within 10/20 days. Orders will be shipped to the customer within 24 hours (working hours) from the moment of the order’s confirmation. No shipments or deliveries will be made on weekends and bank holidays.

We ship to: Spain (including Balearic Islands, Canary Islands), Metropolitan France (including Corsica), Italy (including Sardinia and Sicily), Portugal, Germany and United Kingdom.

For deliveries to private customers in the other countries specified above, the prices on the customer's invoice include the VAT currently in force in Spain, i.e. 21% of the invoice total.
There are territories within the countries mentioned above, which are subject to special tax conditions, in all these cases the procedure will be similar to that of the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. Orders are invoiced exclusive of VAT and the customer will pay the customs import clearance and corresponding taxes in each case.
For companies that do business in EU countries and have an intra-EU trader number, the invoice prices are exempt of VAT.
** Due to the volume of deliveries during the period of Black Friday, Christmas, Valentine's Day, Chinese Single's Day, deliveries may be delayed.
All the shipments we make from The Masie have comprehensive insurance that protects your order up to 24 hours after delivery. With this insurance, we guarantee the replacement or compensation, depending on the case, for any damage resulting from transport.
In the case of damage caused by transport, you must contact us within 24 hours by email at [email protected]. You must provide us with the following information:
- Images of the complete packaging. We should be able to see the damage in these images.
- Images of the damaged product.
- Images of the carrier's label. This label is the one attached to the box where the sender's and recipient's details are displayed.
These requirements are necessary in order to be able to apply the guarantees covered by the insurance.
IMPORTANT: In the case of palletised orders, the claim period is 24 hours from the delivery of the order.
