I choose The Masie because it's a Spanish company that breathes design, with extremely current products, full of color, which fit perfectly into my projects, adding those touches of personality and differentiation essential for them. Which emerging trends or styles in interior design excite you the most right now and why?

SIGFRIDO SERRA

Right now, I'm excited to discover more about the '60s-'70s, these decades continue to charm me and promise to be much talked about this year. And among the things that excite me the most, there's that futuristic look that continues to amaze us and the boldness in using vibrant tones.

What is your creative process when approaching a new space?

SIGFRIDO SERRA

One of the main challenges every time I start a project is to create the perfect blank canvas, like a true artist, adding strokes of color.

Do you have a favorite color or one you prefer to use in your designs?

SIGFRIDO SERRA

Always white as a starting point and combine it with splashes of color. I love blue, green, or red.

What advice would you give to someone looking to transform their space but doesn't know where to start?

SIGFRIDO SERRA

Think about your needs, how you want to use the spaces, and hire an interior designer. We'll be the perfect transformers of your space, meeting your needs and making your dreams come true.

Which corners do you think need the most expressiveness in a house and which ones need it the least?

All spaces in a house need expressiveness and personality (as Mies Van Der Rohe would say: "God is in the details"), but if there's one space that is the king in our houses, it's undoubtedly the most public spaces (living rooms, dining rooms, or kitchens), which should express our own personality and be pleasant.

What is your daily life like?

SIGFRIDO SERRA

Exhausting! Between classes, site visits, meetings, study hours... although there's always time for a pizza, going to the gym, or a walk on the beach. I love my daily life.

Give us a project you'd love to accomplish, a dream to fulfill...

Two: a fantasy hotel and I'd also love to be called by the Royal family to carry out a project for them.

What's your favorite room?

SIGFRIDO SERRA

Living room. It's a perfect place for many of my passions: listening to music, reading design magazines, gathering friends, and, I confess, on the Bouclé Kilhe fabric sofa, on weekends, the perfect place for a nap.
